I was listening to Steve Reich in concert at the Royal Albert concert hall plating his new album.
While i was reading man on the wire text. the more i read and the more i listened, i felt there was a link with the two. the sound of Reich music really fit the description of Philippe Petit characteristics of preparing to walk the wire between the twin towers.
Reich music:

Philippe Petit:
